Hey this is a restoration of a map that I found had a lot of potential and was super creative, but do to it's big errors and over sights, became under appreciated and got overlooked. The basic concept of the layout is really interesting and not many maps use a similar style. However in the original you could go in this huge area filled with water and there was no clip and it made the map huge and unplayable. I made it functional. It's still a large map, intended for an occasion where one has more players. I texture replaced the textures as well and it looked great. With a little TLC I think this map could be a good contender for a release. This map is worth a play test with 7 to 11 bots, it works well, even though the clipping is a bit oddly done. Give it a look.

It's just an alpha and stupid stuff was left in and some stuff makes no sense, but see the potential :)

You're amazing bro. This map kicks ass. RE is in desperate need of some real map design, like what you displayed here, I am not a fan of many of the maps in RE. RE is incredible and plays well, I love it, but the fact that the mapping community is smaller then Sauer makes it more difficult. I got a texture pack I have been writing a cfg for, I kind of wanted some help. You should idle on the quakenet.org sauerbraten channel man. They're all bump map and all intend shader use. I got all the bump maps going and I got some shader stuff, but I remember you having a good understanding of that stuff. I can send you a package of what I started so far and the textures if you like. It's very exciting indeed.

The layout has taken a total overhaul. I really hope someone gives this a shot! This map is a bit slow, but the layout is really cool, and I'm glad to see it take shape somewhat. Please comment on the changes and your overall thoughts.

Just took a look at this on the latest version of Tesseract. This map is amazing. I friggen love it man. Awesome layout, cool architectural style, and neat direction with the theme. Like those stars in the grading does so much. I remember you wanted to go half day half night or something, but, whatever you do, it will kick ass.

I work on the road a lot, so I want to purchase a laptop, that can run Tesseract really well, with all the shit turned up at a quick speed and minimal choppyness. I want to pay under 1,000 for it, but still have reasonably good specs. Any good internet deals that you would suggest would be greatly appreciated. Once I get the laptop, I plan to start mapping more. Thanks

This is just a play test map for tesseract, no details or nothing. Add 7 bots or so and try! So fun! Plays really well for the way tess handles.

We can keep it alive. It will just go through long time spans of inactivity and very short ones of increased activity. Certain things, like a new release, will spark increased activity for a short time. We just need to keep in touch, so that we can share and create together slowly but consistently the whole time.

Seems great. This forum is put together really well, and the site works good. Lots of features and the chat is handy. Maybe eventually I will have a thread featuring content, but it may be a bit longer. Time will tell. At least I put up kmapx2, even though it was a bit bland. I'd like to contribute more. We need to start utilizing  the site a bit better, to try and do some group projects again. I'll tinker away and try to do something on my own, but if anyone wants to edit, tell me.

Sweet, a nice Red Eclipse map. Your style of map editing seems to suit the RE style well. One maybe we should work on that ctf map again. Lots has been done since you seen it, but not overly a lot :)

I really need to start working on something again. In about 2 weeks I plan on doing some mapping hardcore. I'd like to slowly get back into this. We should all try to collaborate on stuff a bit maybe.
