By the way: if the masterserver happens to be down, you can put "mastername master.crapmod.net" in your autoexec to change to an alternate master server list. to change back to default, put in "mastername sauerbraten.org".
Auth and the website appear to be working normally .

Well I'm pretty sure that the master server, sauerbraten.org, cubeengine.com and lots of other clan websites are getting DDoS'd. Can anyone else confirm this?

Please do. I think anybody in MH could have OP. No Whitelist, that would be a pain in the ass. Gamemode, I would prefer normal survival, nothing out of the ordinary. I think it should be cracked, running Bukkit 1.2.5. That would be awesome.

Eihrul has announced that he would start working on a project called Tesseract. It's not supposed to replace sauerbraten but it's kind of like an experiment.
Tesseract is a whole new lighting system that introduces dynamic lighting. Since the sauerbraten lighting system was basically a copy of the Cube lighting system, with some additional features, it has never had dynamic lighting.

This new lightning system looks very cool and hopefully it could be included in an official release of sauerbraten.
