Title: Changed CAPTCHA method, hard banned some IPs

Hi guys!

I've now changed the registration page CAPTCHA system with KeyCAPTCHA, which is a graphical puzzle sort of thing. To see it, try logging out and then going to the registration page. It's actually a fun toy :))

I've also banned all the users that signed up in the recent period (164 sign-ups with some duplicate IPs), by using iptables. There are currently 131 such IPs banned on the mappinghell server.

Hopefully this should get rid of a lot of spammer bots.

Also disabled guest emails. Guests cannot send emails to members now.

Wow, that's genius :D

It sure beats all the text and math captchas

This here method done worked, it would appeard. No more spam accounts. ;D
