upgraded forum from SMF 2.0 RC1 to SMF 2.0 RC3.

New theme too. waiting for a replacement logo (the one on the top right that says 'simple machine forum') from you guys :D

be sure to report any bugs found on the forum to me. there are some database problems, those are hard to find and easy to fix, please let me know if you find anything, guys
