You still mapping in sauerbraten Zoocata? Haven't seen you in a while lol. Red eclipse needs more maps, could try making one if you feel upto it.

I think my newest map is almost 2 years old by now. I rarely play anymore, but quarantine has got me really bored so I've been on a bit more than usual.

Coming out of the shadows for a moment to say:

I feel the same way about a lot of what you said. I grew up on sauer, and a lot of you influenced me on a very personal level as a little kid. I used to feel a bit iffy about the whole "true friends" sentiment, but meeting you, Sweet (although it was sort of awkward due to the age difference at the time) solidified the belief that you can make a true friend through the internet.

Thanks for being there, man.

Nice to see you posting again, Sweet! It's awesome you're studying abroad. Always wanted to do that.
I might as well contribute since I'm mostly inactive:

I'm in my last year of high school now. Last year I had taken a month off to go fly around south east Asia and during that I was invited to go live in the Philippines for all of next year. I said yes, so providing it doesn't fall through that's what I'll be doing. Nothing really crazy has happened since I went inactive. As some of you know I no longer edit very often. I started fragging and join |DM|. We won our first tournament (beating vaQ, |RB| and other clans) a couple weeks ago so I'd like to think we're alright.

That's really it. No plans for college yet. Hopefully I can go.

You could also just change default_map_settings.cfg

god damnit do I have to compile all of this because theres no .exe for the batch to run.

The Mega Archive / Re: Sauerbraten getting DDoS'd?
« on: August 18, 2013, 07:59:42 am »
Yes, sauer was DDoS. Pretty sure it's the same guy who DDoSed SWL. It's up, now.

By the way: if the masterserver happens to be down, you can put "mastername" in your autoexec to change to an alternate master server list. to change back to default, put in "mastername".
Auth and the website appear to be working normally :).

R.I.P. MH forum.

Cause of death: minecraft.

Pretty sad dead actually; beaten by a game which can't render bigger textures as 64x64.

Actually,  I've seen texture packs as large as 256x256...

Server seems to keep downgrading. I opened 1.6, and it told me to use 1.5. I used 1.5 and now it's telling me to use 1.3

Just do us a favor and update it.

for their sake just change your name back to teriyaki
and if you didn't want them to know that was your name, then remove it from the maptitles first before submitting. :P

I was on the [FD]Pluto server and I saw someone connect with the name "Lt_Dans_Legs". I ran names on him, and apparently Steve was on for the first time in a while. Was even wearing -[Hell]- instead of [MH]. :)
Figured you guys should know.
Have a nice night.

For some reason when I'm on SVN and I try connecting to Jolly Roger, I disconnect because of tag-type. I've updated SVN multiple times and nothing has worked. Your servers borked, brah.

The games not dead lol.
This clan is though.

so contact him and hang out

He's like 40, Zoo is 10

Anyway I found him by looking at a friends facebook profile picture. Apparently he's friends with him.

In case you don't know, this picture was taken at the "Summit House" of Pikes Peak. Only a 15 minute drive from my house here in Colorado Springs.

Wouter is a lead developer of Cube2 lol.
