So I found this guy named Wallas on Toko Playground. He's the admin, and he has made possibly the best server mod out there.

comes with awesome features such as an enhancement pack, where you can activate a rave, and whoever has that pack installed can hear the rave song.
fun little features like that, along with a non physical admin thats always there. (you can remove it if you want)
Wallas gladly gave me permission to import his servermod into Jim-Dandy custom frogmod.

Same here, i used to be on his server alot and became an admin a while ago... though i rarely see his server up now (maybe i'm awake at the wrong time of day).
Have to admit, the weather/day system he made is awesome, and the only place i've seen something like this is on his server alone.
