Post your problems on any game here. As for me, my scroll wheel isn't doing anything in edit mode but is fine otherwise.
FIRST, make sure your universal delta is bound, SECOND, If your running windows, goto your mouse options and then to the tab where you can set custom mouse button funtion. SET a custom setting for the sauerbraten executable where middle mouse is bound to "Autoscroll"
See what that does...
I just got Solaris (full and hudguns). The bases in regen capture are invisible, just the ammo and the red/blue bar at the top, and in ctf the flag doesn't change. I'm running OS X.
Check for proper installation of the mod, if you find everything to be proper, ask about it in IRC or consult Marvin.
