But, as a regular recruit, show some of your work via screenshots, or post some map files, you can also show us in coop edit some time. If things are up to par, we will request a session were you simply build something for us to better assess your skill.

You can also use the /screenshot command, or re-bind the key to F12 with:

Took a look at your map. Assuming you made all the buildings, it would seem that you still need to improve your skills, in order to reach above-average. You do that by mapping and learning about mapping, and talking to people and hanging out with mapping people. I suggest you hang out with us on the jim dandy server and our irc channel, irc.quakenet.org #hellserver, so we can also get to know you and your general attitude, and so we can map together and see where you're going with mapping and whatnot.
