I do want to stress this: It is not REQUIRED that you do these challenges. However, it is encouraged. That way, we can remain active

We're not going to make you do these projects only, either. The point is that each person can suggest small mapping projects whenever they want. Large projects are still completely open and doable, so we'd love to see those too!

I've noticed that many of you have gotten into Red Eclipse (Boognish, Unixfreak, etc.). Sauerbraten has lost it's new and different feel. Red Eclipse is fun, it's different, and frankly, much more interesting to me than Sauerbraten. I'm not saying we should stop being a clan for Sauerbraten. We just ought to be a clan for Red Eclipse, too.]

Here's the plan:

-Everybody downloads RE (If they want, not *required*)

-We begin using the [MH] tag in RE (I know some have already)

-We scope out the best editors that RE has to offer, and try to recruit them

-We release game-changing projects that RE has never seen before.


Why do I think we have such a good chance of being legendary in RE? Because everything starts small. If we all get in there, with our vast mapping abilities and collaborative attitude, we could create things that could change editing in RE entirely. We are one of the biggest clans in Sauerbraten, let's be THE BIGGEST in Red Eclipse. Sound good?

Sounds to me like we need a good old fashioned mapping project. For real this time.

Let's revive Minas Tirith, Zoo's got a good base for that.
