I'm actually planning the ToDo for my holidays :

The underground city, I got the idea from the game called World of Warcraft.

For this part of the map I wanted a town with a lot of useless stairs and corridors, with huge stuff every where.
(If people want to help I'll need better texture :
Mainly blue rocks for walls and floor, another texture less repetive for the cavern?)

Here will be another castle on purpose to protect the town against water raids.

To fill this area, I planned to make this part of the town as venice, the real one

After few modifications today...
Added a castle, modified the underground city

I'm kinda diggin' this up.
I started a new HQ inspired by the old one, I will probably reuse a lot of parts of the old one.
I'm trying to make it less looking like a perpetual draft, working only one part at the time and not srtating a "project" until the other are fully finished.

If some people are interested, i'll post the first draft right here.

I don't want this HQ to have "personnal" areas, like your own house or room or anything of that kind, I think it's not the right place for this.
It has to be awesome and ... perfect. no details should be forgotten, proportions, fine details, geometry needs to be double checked.
I know we have some of the best mappers in the team if not the best, let's show the world how awesome we are.

Think about this: our HQ is our master piece, it's were we show how good we are: as mapper, as a team.

So about teamwork: nobody expects you to be perfect in everything in sauer, so if you're working on something on the map, but your skill is blocking you, ask for help. The quality should not suffer from ego or anything else.

I may also provide some kind of mercurial server if needed and a TS server for coopedit.
