Guys, I will be as active as possible on the forums, but I will and can not play Sauerbraten for a LONG time.
I upgraded to windows 8 dev preview, and when I open sauer it lags so hard I can't even type without it crashing.

So if you have a steam, you obviously know the functions on the server lists where you can specify which game mode you can see.
I was thinking there could be some script that allows you to do that in Sauerbraten. :3

So I found this guy named Wallas on Toko Playground. He's the admin, and he has made possibly the best server mod out there.

comes with awesome features such as an enhancement pack, where you can activate a rave, and whoever has that pack installed can hear the rave song.
fun little features like that, along with a non physical admin thats always there. (you can remove it if you want)
Wallas gladly gave me permission to import his servermod into Jim-Dandy custom frogmod.

Well, I finally got my computer back, but... The HDD wasn't recoverable. This means I lost all my maps and everything I own.
LUCKILY, I FOUND A WAY TO RUN A SERVER... Hopefully.

So my dad owns a company. He hade an email for his interns, and himself. I was thinking we could integrate an email system into the forums. Something like "Zoocata@mappinghell.net", for mine, and Vampirefrog@mappinghell.net.for vampirefrogs. I do understand that there is a messaging system included in the forums, but for people to message you, they would have to create an account AND be approved by the administrator. I thought this would be a lot easier than the forum messaging system.

Well, after being barely rejected from FD (I can't duel for shit) I am back for more MH! Sweet begged me to come back, so I figured I would take it into consideration. I wasn't going to in the first place, but I figured I would try to come back. I will post some maps when I finish them, and I hope I get a yes. Thanks!

Guys, I might be quitting MH for a while. I really, really, REALLY want to join FD... But they have a rule about mutliclanning. I might reapply in the future. This is not a joke this time, I am serious. I'll still be on IRC, and I will be on the forums from time to time, but I will not wear the tag from now on.
I'll reapply if I don't make it, or if I don't like the clan as much as I thought I would.

So, this might seem like a noob question, but I am really struggling with applying mods. I tried Cates V6 mod, and that worked fine. I then set up the gravitymod and crazymod the same way and it didn't work. Any help with this would be appreciated.

I've decided it would be best to go solo in editing clans for a while. I might join a fighting clan sooner or later, but I'm done with editing clans for a bit. I will remove my name off of the MH members list and I will remove the tag off of my name. I might reapply in the future.

Lol. All you really have to to is type /exec ZPortal.cfg TWICE to run it.
It works on any map, and it is easy to use.

Well. You're probably going to say no to this, but I have an idea. I understand that we cannot multiclan in MH, but I have a large number of friends that would like me to join their clans. So instead of quitting MH for my friends, I have come up with an idea to let us be in MH, but still multiclan. Here's my idea: Instead of running off and joining any clan you want to, how about we have a limited number of clans? We don't wear the clantag, but we do have our name up in the members list. I was thinking having 3 clans max. MH, clan1, and clan2. So, whats your thought on it? I'm pretty sure that there are some people out there dying to have us!
